Terms and Conditions


  • 10 years: Stabilus Gas Lift
  • 5 years: Metal Frames and Desk Top.
  • 1 year: Plastic, Caster (Wheels), Seat Cover, Accessories, Schoolbag.

Ergo Pte Ltd (Seller) warrants the Goods to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period (as stipulated above) from the date of delivery ("Warranty Period"). This warranty does not cover costs of damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to causes beyond the control of the Seller including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, mechanical or electrical overload, abrasion, corrosion, erosion, incorrect assembly, installation, use and application of the Goods by the Buyer or a third party, modification or repair without the Seller’s written consent, failure to comply with all written and oral instructions of the Seller regarding use and processing of the Goods, failure to perform required preventative maintenance or normal wear and tear.

During the Warranty Period, the Buyer shall notify the Seller immediately upon discovery of any alleged breach of the Warranties and the Seller shall be given an opportunity to inspect the alleged defective Goods. No Goods may be returned by the Buyer to the Seller without the prior written consent of the Seller. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Buyer’s sole remedy with respect to a breach of Warranties shall be such of the following as the Seller may elect in its absolute discretion:

(a) in the case of goods, replacement of the goods or supply of goods or repair of the goods; or

(b) in the case of services, a supply of the services again.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ergo, Ergo reserves the right to vary the price quoted in order to take into account of any fluctuation in the cost of freight, and Government Goods and Service Tax between the date of the order and the date of delivery.


Payment by PayPal, Cheque or Cash only.
We offer a secure payment platform via PayPal that accept Visa, MasterCard. You would need to have a PayPal account to use the secure payment platform.
We will confirm your order and arrange for shipping within 24 hours of payment.
Bank Transfer (Singapore customers only)
Bank transfers are also accepted. Follow the instructions below after submitting your order.
To confirm the order, please settle the amount in full (Bank Name DBS, Account Number: 0039417373) and reply the email sent to you, within 1 working day. Include the following details in your reply:
1. Order ID Number;
2. Amount paid;
3. Bank name
4. Your bank account number; and
5. Your contact number.
We will confirm your order and arrange for shipping once the payment has been verified with the details provided by you.


Delivery shall be made to the location nominated on the customer order form and the customer shall be liable for all freight costs if address indicated is incorrect or if there is any change in the address.


Policy lasts for 10 days after you have received the goods. You could only return the goods after receiving Ergo's agreement. To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that was received. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. All shipping costs, both to your location and the return trips shall be at your expense. Ergo may choose to reduce the refunds by the costs of shipping. Once Ergo received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you of receipt by email and thereafter, another notification of the approval or rejection of return/refund request. Should Ergo agree to the return/refund, credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.


Ergo collect and use personal information (including name, address, telephone number and email) to better provide you with the required services, or information. We would, therefore, use your personal information in order to:

  • Process orders or applications submitted by you.
  • Respond to queries or requests submitted by you.
  • Administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems with any goods or services supplied to you.
  • Create products or services that may meet your needs.
  • Email, call or post Marketing or Promotional information. As we respect your privacy we will only use your personal data for direct marketing purpose.

Additionally, if at any time you wish us to stop using your information for any or all of the above purposes, please contact us as set out in our 'Contact Us' page. We will stop the use of your information for such purposes as soon as it is possible to do so.

Except as set out in this privacy policy, we will not disclose any personally identifiable information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or required to do so (for example, if required to do so by legal process or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime) or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or personal safety and those of our users/customers or other individuals.

Please be assured that we will not use your information for any of the purposes if you have indicated that you do not wish us to use your information in this way when submitting the information or at a later stage."

They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall."
